BASKETBALL TRAINING
Attend practice with the team or schedule an individual session. Work on basic basketball fundamentals such as shooting, dribbling, layups, defense, etc. Also compete in scrimmage games and conditioning excercises. We can also place a trainee on one of our 3x3 or 5x5 adult league teams. We also accommodate youth players boys or girls and can help improve your game at the AAU level. We are currently looking for players for our boys AAU team. Segments of the basketball training session will be video'd and emailed to the client.
FOOTBALL TRAINING
To improve speed and explosiveness is our emphasis. Combine prep workouts to improve 40 yard dash, and 10 yard short shuttle times. Will also work on ball skills with route running & one on one drills. We specialize in working with speed group positions such as Running Backs, Wide Receivers, and Defensive Backs, but can accommodate all positions. Segments of the football training will be video'd and emailed to the client. We are currently looking to put together a team flag football team for a Wednesday night league, and to compete in the AFFL.
